REDUCED from $550.

A single armchair in a simple and very appealing wrought iron design by Supersonic Industries of Footscray, c.1955. So sweet...the little bullet arms are made of lovely Yellow Box hardwood timber which has marked and greyed in places with weather, use and age.

Super comfortable and gorgeous to look at. This fabric is not weatherproof - for indoor use only.

We stripped and Danish Oiled the arms, retaining their character. We replaced old springs with new high-gage tension springs, we made new high density foam cushions, we made lovely, chic linen/synthetic blend Belgian fabric cushion covers and concealed canvas spring covers. The result? KAPOW! This chair will rock a French, Italian or Mid Century Australian themed 1950s interior without missing a beat.

We've sold two to an architect in Perth, one to a savy decorator in Melbourne. The final chair is further reduced due to slight imperfections - a small split on one arm (see last image), uneven sewing on an inconspicuous part of the back cushion. Really, just an excuse to sell, the chair still looks fabulous as it is.
