A futuristic chrome desk or bedside lamp, dating to the late 1960s or early 1970s. Produced by Spain's increasingly collectable lighting designer and manufacturer, Fase.
This lamp provides excellent functionality, with a wide range of movement in the arm and top half, you can point the light in a range of about 270 degrees by rotating the arm and there is the unusual option to completely close the lamp.
Beautifully constructed, with blackened steel top, chrome body and white enamelled chrome interior.
CONDITION:
Very good vintage condition. Note that the following damage is very minor in appearance and that the chrome finish makes these hard to spot. Minor losses to interior enamel, minor cracking to chrome on centre and lower part of arm (5th image). Stable, very minor 1cm x 3mm loss of chrome finish at bottom of arm (final image).
Rewired to meet Australian Standards. Electrical safety certified (sticker to the base).
