Maurice Burke sling chairs, chrome and Brazilian hardwood (either Pau Ferro or Brazilian Walnut). Manufactured by Pozza of Brazil.

These predate the classic Arkana 'Chelsea Chair' which was available only in vinyl, with squared corners to the upholstery. In the late 1960s, Pozza of Brazil manufactured the 'Alpha' chair in leather and chrome by Burke, with rounded corners. Our chairs follow the same pattern.

The design allows the user to sit upright by pushing the seat back along the chromed rails, or slide the seat forward on the rails to recline. The last word in comfort and chrome-plated glamour.

CONDITION:

Excellent. Recoated Black leather. Tubular chrome parts replated. There are some signs of wear. Leather in excellent undamaged condition. Timber marks and bumps in keeping with age.
