This simple, elegant ceiling light by Wilhelm Wagenfeld shows the strong influence of his Bauhaus education, as with all of his designs - high quality, high functionality and simple, beautiful, pared-back design are the hallmarks.

This ceiling lamp was designed by Prof. Wilhelm Wagenfeld for Lindner, Bamberg, Germany in 1954. The manufacturer was Peill and Putzler. The light consists of a porcelain fixture with threaded milk glass shade and original rubber ring, all in excellent condition.
