This three seat Parker sofa from the Mid-Century range is elegant and comfortable. Signs of wear have been retained and enhanced by stripping the timber and refinishing with Danish Oil. The arms have a coating of hardwax oil - durable and heat/water resistant. 

Tony Parker returned from a stint in the UK and Europe in 1953. He brought his knowledge of the latest Mid-Century designs home and enriched the Parker Furniture company with some of Australia's best Mid-Century seating and dining suites. Under his guideance, Parker continued to uphold high standards of contruction and design throughout the 1950s, 60s and 70s.
