Blanc de Chine Porcelain Vases in the form of Trees, European early 1800s
A$0.00
A sweet pair of late 18th to early 19th century antique bud or specimen vases in the shape of tree trunks. The larger represents an Oak, the smaller a Birch tree.
While these are definitely not mid century modern, they make lovely contrasting decorative items to modern furniture.
European, indistinctly marked with a crown and shield. Origin is likely France, Austria, Hungary or Germany - the key makers of porcelain wares at this time.
