A magnificent cased glass amphora made in the Empoli region of Italy.
This huge vase is strongly influenced by the Memphis Milano design movement.
The angled lip, speckled cobalt blue exterior and yellow ‘threaded’ handles are a period statement from the late 1980s, both in gesture and colour.
